NOTE: Above rates are based on 30 amp service; 50 amp service is $1 more per day.
SEASONAL RATES
3 months........................................................................................$1,650.00 + electric
6 months........................................................................................$2,310.00 + electric
6/6 months.....................................................................................$2,490.00 + electric
Lots may be reserved at the seasonal rates for a deposit of $150.00. For the 6 months and6/6 rates, the balance is due September 1, 2009. For all other rates the balance is due upon arrival. Monthly reservations may be made 30 days in advance.
The above rates are based on two persons; additional person or guests are $2.00 per person per night. If you are staying 6 months, there is no guest fee up to 14 days.
Rates include water, sewer, garbage pickup, lawn mowing, and use of park amenities. Club Membership Dues are also included, which at present are $30.00 per couple per year.
R.V. Storage is $30.00 per month.
Refunds are given at management's discretion only.
NO pets allowed.
